Fleetwood houses over 60 presses that range from 250 to 2,000 tons for blanking, forming and drawing. Our advanced robotic mig and spot welding capabilities ensure the kind of quality that exceeds industry standards.

What's more, an integrated Quality Assurance department monitors quality levels, using the latest in precision-testing equipment. Our advancement in forming simulation and CATIA design is moving Fleetwood to the forefront of high strength material part production.

  • 2000 - 5 new robotic transfer presses in Otterville
  • 2001 - New facility Tillsonburg
  • 2003 - Establish South Plant Implementation Team
  • 2004 - Expansion of Tillsonburg & adding of E-coat capabilities
  • March 2005 - opening of Alabama facility
  • Mid-2005 - 1 new 2000 ton transfer press in Tillsonburg
  • Mid-2006 - 1 new 1000 ton transfer press in Tillsonburg
  • March 2008 Completed 48,000 sq./ft. Expansion Alabama facility
